Please Note: Rooted Wraps only accept returns for items in their original, unworn condition.

Our policy lasts for 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.

Once approved, we will provide you with details via email on where to send your return.

Rooted Wraps will not cover any postage returns. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with a picture of your item at rootedwraps@gmail.com

Please be sure to confirm all items prior to purchasing. All items are non-cash refundable. Our pieces are all handmade and inspected before shipping.

If your item is returned and has already been worn or tried on, you will not receive store credit. For hygienic purposes, we DO NOT honor refunds for used products.
