Returns:

Please Note: Rooted Wraps only accept returns for items in their original, unworn condition.

 

  • Our policy lasts for 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange. 

  • Once approved, we will provide you with details via email on where to send your return.

  • Rooted Wraps will not cover any postage returns. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with a picture of your item at  rootedwraps@gmail.com 

Refunds: 

  • Please be sure to confirm all items prior to purchasing. All items are non-cash refundable. Our pieces are all handmade and inspected before shipping.

  • If your item is returned and has already been worn or tried on, you will not receive store credit. For hygienic purposes, we DO NOT honor refunds for used products. 

  • Store credit will be given to all accepted returns
